1. General information
INANNA MATCH and More is a Berlin-based provider of matchmaking, introduction and advisory services.
Protecting the privacy and personal data of our customers is of great importance to us. We process personal data in accordance with applicable statutory provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
At the same time, we cooperate to the extent required by law with competent law enforcement authorities, courts and other authorised public bodies.
These guidelines explain how law enforcement authorities and other competent government bodies can direct requests concerning user accounts, contractual relationships or personal data to INANNA MATCH and More.

3. Requirements for official requests
Requests from law enforcement authorities, courts or other competent government bodies must be based on a valid legal basis and originate from an authorised body.
To allow a request to be reviewed quickly and unambiguously, it should wherever possible include:
- full name of the requesting authority or public body,
- name and function of the responsible case officer,
- official contact details of the requesting body,
- file or reference number,
- legal basis of the request,
- information as precise as possible to identify the data subject or user account concerned,
- specific description of the information requested,
- relevant time period,
- purpose and scope of the request.
Wherever possible, the request should be sent from an official email address of the respective authority.
INANNA MATCH and More may request additional information or evidence where this is necessary to verify the lawfulness or authenticity of a request.
4. Submitting official requests
Official requests may be submitted electronically to the following address:
INANNA MATCH und Mehr
z. Hd. Hiba Al Sadi
Heerstraße 394A
13593 Berlin
Deutschland
E-Mail: info@inanna-match.com
Telefon: +49 178 4011410
We recommend using the following subject line for such requests:
“Law Enforcement Request / Behördenanfrage - [file number]”
Written requests may also be sent to the postal address stated above.
Please do not transmit sensitive or confidential information via insecure communication channels.
5. Review of requests
Each request is reviewed individually.
INANNA MATCH and More will only provide personal data or other information where:
- there is a statutory obligation to do so,
- a corresponding official or court order has been issued,
- another valid legal basis exists, or
- disclosure is expressly permitted under applicable law.
INANNA MATCH and More reserves the right to reject requests or to ask for clarification where they:
- are not sufficiently specific,
- do not contain a comprehensible legal basis,
- are manifestly disproportionate,
- seek an excessive or insufficiently limited volume of data, or
- do not demonstrably originate from a competent body.
6. Data that may be available
As part of its services, INANNA MATCH and More processes various data that may be required for registration, communication, matchmaking, performance of contracts and technical provision of the platform.
Depending on the user account concerned and the specific use, the following information may in particular be available:
- name and contact details,
- registration and profile data,
- information transmitted in connection with matchmaking or advisory services,
- information on booked services and contractual relationships,
- appointment and communication information,
- technical access and server log data,
- information relating to contact enquiries,
- payment and transaction information, insofar as held by INANNA MATCH and More itself,
- data relating to communication, scheduling or form systems used.
Which information is actually available depends on the individual case, the nature of the use and applicable statutory retention periods.
It can therefore not be guaranteed that any specific requested data exists or is still stored.
7. Payment information
For payment processing, INANNA MATCH and More uses external payment service providers, currently including Stripe, PayPal and Klarna.
Certain complete payment information may therefore be stored exclusively with the respective payment service provider.
Where an official request relates to information processed exclusively by an external payment service provider, it may be necessary to direct the request to that provider directly.
8. Principle of data minimisation
INANNA MATCH and More will as a matter of principle only disclose information covered by a legally valid request and necessary for the stated purpose.
Authorities are therefore asked to formulate requests as specifically and narrowly as possible.
If only information relating to a specific user, time period or matter is required, this should be stated clearly in the request.
9. Emergency requests
In an urgent emergency, in particular where according to comprehensible information there is a concrete and imminent danger to:
In this case, please use the subject line:
“EMERGENCY REQUEST / DRINGENDE NOTFALLANFRAGE”
- life,
- physical integrity, or
- the safety of a person
a request may be marked as an urgent emergency request.
- name and contact details of the competent authority,
- file or reference number,
- description of the specific emergency,
- reasons for the imminent danger,
- identity or user information of the person concerned, where known,
- precise description of the information needed,
- reasons why immediate handling is required.
The request should in particular include:
Marking a request as an emergency does not automatically lead to disclosure of data.
Emergency requests are also reviewed for plausibility, authenticity and legal admissibility. Disclosure takes place only within the legally permitted framework.
10. Data preservation requests
Law enforcement authorities may ask INANNA MATCH and More to temporarily preserve certain existing data in connection with an investigation, provided there is an appropriate legal basis for doing so.
Such a preservation request should at minimum include:
- name of the competent authority,
- file number,
- unambiguous details of the data subject or user account concerned,
- precise description of the data to be preserved,
- relevant time period,
- legal basis of the request.
Data is preserved only within the legally permitted framework and insofar as the data concerned is still technically available.
A preservation request does not automatically authorise disclosure of the data concerned. Further legal requirements may apply to any subsequent transmission.
11. International requests
INANNA MATCH and More is based in Berlin, Germany.
Requests from foreign law enforcement authorities may therefore be subject to additional legal requirements.
Depending on the country of origin and the nature of the request, an international mutual legal assistance procedure, a corresponding court or official order, or another legal basis recognised under German or European law may in particular be required.
International requests are reviewed in particular taking into account German law, European data protection law, the GDPR and any applicable international legal bases.
12. Protection and confidentiality of user data
INANNA MATCH and More attaches great importance to confidentiality.
In particular given the personal nature of matchmaking and introduction services, we treat information about our customers with special care.
Personal data is therefore not disclosed generally or without review to authorities or other third parties.
13. Notification of data subjects
Where legally permitted and provided no statutory or official reasons prevent it, INANNA MATCH and More may inform a data subject about an official request.
Notification may in particular be omitted where:
- there is a statutory obligation of confidentiality,
- an official or court order prohibits notification,
- ongoing investigations could be jeopardised, or
- another statutory exception applies.
14. Data protection and data retention
INANNA MATCH and More stores personal data in principle only for as long as necessary for the respective processing purpose or as statutory retention obligations require.
Once the original processing purpose no longer applies, data is deleted in accordance with applicable statutory requirements, unless another legal basis permits or requires further storage.
15. Requests from private individuals and lawyers
The contact channel for law enforcement described in these guidelines is intended for police authorities, public prosecutors, courts and other public bodies competent by law.
Requests from private individuals, companies or their legal representatives are not automatically treated as official disclosure requests.
Data subjects wishing to exercise their data protection rights may contact INANNA MATCH and More via the contact details provided in our data protection policy.
16. Protection against fraudulent official requests
To protect our users, INANNA MATCH and More may verify the identity and competence of a requesting person or authority.
In particular, we may:
- require confirmation via an official authority channel,
- contact the stated authority independently,
- request additional evidence, or
- defer processing until verification has been completed.
This process serves to prevent unauthorised access to personal data.
17. No guarantee as to available data
These guidelines do not represent any assurance that INANNA MATCH and More holds or permanently stores particular information about a person.
The nature and scope of information available depends, among other things, on:
- the specific use of the services,
- the duration of the contractual relationship,
- information provided voluntarily,
- technical systems, and
- statutory or internal retention periods.
18. Privacy policy and further legal information
Further information on how INANNA MATCH and More processes and protects personal data can be found in our data protection policy, as well as in our General Terms and Conditions and in our imprint.
